Lake Hussainsagar Hyderabad Telangana India with an extent of 900 acre is the World's Largest Heart  Landmark among the heart landmarks formed by heart shaped lakes and heart shaped islands that exist in the world. Originally it was built in an extent of 1500 acre of land. Due to the encroachments of the local people, its extent was decreased by 600 acre.
